In order to develop this pioneering Carroll Gardens residence, new Buildings were erected while protecting some of the eight existing four-story structures. As first of its kind in Brooklyn, Third + Bond has been awarded LEED – Platinum Certification, the highest level possible in the LEED for homes program. It is a part of the New York State Energy Research and Development Agency’s ENERGY STAR® for Multifamily Program.
