This building was designed in mind with keeping the area’s industrial aesthetic. The Residences at the Williamsburg consists of a combination of different structural materials such as Concrete, light-gauge metal, and steel. Some of the main constructed systems featured include curtain-wall windows, rain screens, a complex heating and cooling system and exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS).
